Young Taekwondo Champion From SAI International Brings Glory To India | Odisha

Bhubaneswar: A 10-year-old Taekwondo prodigy from SAI International School in Odisha Advik Samarpit Sahoo made India proud by winning a Bronze Medal at the 10th Asian ITF Taekwondo Championship 2024.

According to an official press release, the championship, held at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium in Bangalore from August 19th to 25th, saw participation from 21 countries and over 2000 students.

Advik, a Class IV student, excelled in the Individual Sparring category for 8-10 year olds (50kg) and brought home the coveted Bronze Medal. His remarkable achievement has made his school, state, and country proud.

The 10th Asian ITF Taekwondo Championship 2024 was a grand event that showcased the talent and skills of young Taekwondo athletes from across Asia. Advik’s victory is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and passion for the sport.
