On the occasion of World Nature Conservation Day marked on July 28 each year, the Gujarat Science City hosted a workshop with Dr Virag Vyas (ecologist at Green Support Service) and Dr Bhavik Patel (director of Sustainable Ecology Foundation) who spoke to about 70 students and teachers of MSc Zoology and allied courses of Gujarat University. While Dr Virag spoke about biological diversity and its conservation, Dr Bhavik gave tips on ways to conserve flora and fauna
