Chennai: Tamil Nadu is bracing for isolated thunderstorms in the northern region, while the rest of the state is expected to remain dry. According to the latest weather forecast, North Tamil Nadu will experience thunderstorms, bringing much-needed relief to the region.

Meanwhile, Chennai and coastal areas may see late evening rains, but only if the storm movement becomes favorable. Residents in these areas are advised to keep a watchful eye on the skies, as the possibility of rain remains slim.

The weather department has issued a warning for isolated thunderstorms in North Tamil Nadu, with gusty winds and lightning expected. Residents are advised to take necessary precautions and stay indoors during the storm.

Chennai weather today 

In Chennai, the temperature is expected to remain steady, with a high of 34 degrees Celsius and a low of 27 degrees Celsius. The city may see some cloud cover, but the chances of rain are low.

Meanwhile private weather blogger K Srikanth of Chennai rains predicted that “Isolated thunderstorms are expected in North Tamil Nadu, while most of the state will experience dry weather.
