Upon his arrival at Biju Patnaik Airport in Bhubaneswar, Union Minister Satish Chandra Dubey addressed the contentious issue of coal royalty between states and the Centre. He assured that the Modi government does not discriminate against states, saying, “Odisha is an integral part of India and will receive its due share.
