Pune railway mega block alert! Central Railway announces block from July 29 – 31; trains to be cancelled, diverted – Check full list here – Railways News

The Central Railway has announced a three-day mega block which will affect railway operations in Pune, The Indian Express reported.

The block, from July 29 to July 31, has been called for interlocking works in Daund in Pune Division. Due to the block, on July 29, 15 trains will be cancelled, while on July 30 will see cancellation of 23 trains. Similarly, on July 31, 24 trains will be cancelled.

Several trains will be rerouted via alternative paths instead of the Pune-Miraj-Kurduwadi, Guntakal-Bellari-Hubballi-Miraj-Pune, and Manmad-Igatpuri-Kalyan-Panvel-Karjat-Pune-Miraj lines. Additionally, some trains will have short termination and origin points due to the block.
