Kerala Police, with assistance from the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Tamil Nadu Police, have intensified their search by reviewing the CCTV footage in the area. The investigation was ramped up after an auto-rickshaw driver reported seeing the girl around 5:30 a.m., but authorities remain unconvinced about the driver’s statement.

Authorities also contacted the girl’s brother, who resides in Chennai, suspecting that she might have travelled there. However, he informed them that he had not seen his sister.

There is also suspicion that the girl may have boarded another train and left the state. Authorities are now searching other trains to locate her. Since she left home with only a bag and Rs 50, it is possible she has not travelled very far. The search also continues in Chennai.
