Vande Bharat train from Meerut to Lucknow will start running from September 1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate it on August 31. The train will leave from Lucknow on Sunday. While it will leave from Meerut on Monday. The train will run only six days a week. There will be no operation on Tuesday. The train will cover the distance of 459 km between Meerut and Lucknow in 7.10 hours. The train will stop at Moradabad and Bareilly. The train will leave from Meerut at 6.35 am. It will reach Moradabad at 8.35 and Bareilly at 9.56. After this, it will reach Lucknow directly at 1.45 pm. On the return journey, the train will leave from Lucknow at 2.45 pm and reach Meerut at 10 pm. This is the third Vande Bharat train of the division. Earlier, this train was running from Dehradun to Anand Vihar in May last year and from Dehradun to Lucknow in March this year.

It will run from Lucknow at 2.45 pm. While it will run from Meerut on September 2, i.e. Monday, at 6.35 am. The fare of Vande Bharat train will also be released soon.
VIPs including MP-Mayor will gather at the inauguration of Vande Bharat
The inauguration of the Vande Bharat train, which will run from Sunday, will take place on Saturday. PM Narendra Modi will virtually inaugurate it. Along with the inauguration, the train will be flagged off from Meerut. Special events are planned in Moradabad and Bareilly to welcome Vande Bharat with a rack of eight coaches. The train will depart from Meerut at 12.35 pm and reach Moradabad at 14.30 pm. From here, it will reach Bareilly at 15.51 pm and from there, Lucknow at 19.40 pm.
Senior DCM Aditya Gupta said that preparations are being made to welcome the train at Moradabad station. VIPs are being invited to this event. Apart from Moradabad MP Ruchi Veera, Mayor Vinod Agarwal, city MLA Ritesh Gupta, MLC and various public representatives and dignitaries will be present. Passes are being issued for this day, with which you can travel for free.
Security tightened due to police recruitment exam and Urs in Bareilly
