In the case of murder of a trainee doctor in Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College, CBI is questioning former principal Dr. Sandeep Ghosh every day for the last 15 days. He has also undergone a polygraph test. However, there are many things that are yet to come out. Dr. Sandeep Ghosh is giving different things every time regarding giving wrong information to the victim’s parents. CBI is trying to find out why the principal came to know about the crime half an hour after it was discovered.

Before informing the principal, the authorities called the victim’s parents and informed them that their daughter had committed suicide. The agency is also trying to find out how Ghosh’s colleagues reached the seminar hall even though they claimed they were not informed about the incident. A channel reported that Sandip Ghosh came to know about the rape and murder at 10.20 am on August 9, while the body was found at 9.30 am.

The police were informed at 10:10. Dr. Sandeep Ghosh said that the hospital informed him half an hour late. Dr. Ghosh received a call from Sumit Roy Tapadar, who is an associate professor in the Department of Respiratory Medicine. He said that he was taking a bath so he could not pick up the phone. After this, when he called back, he got information about the incident at 10:20. After this, he reached the office at 11.

Let us tell you that the lady doctor had gone to rest in the seminar hall on 9th August and she was brutally assaulted there. The autopsy revealed that the lady doctor was raped. She was beaten and then strangled. The lady doctor had internal and external injuries. Civic volunteer Sanjay Roy, who is considered the main accused in this case, has been arrested.
