GLS University’s Faculty of Commerce hosted a three-day Kaizen workshop at Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA). The workshop focused on the Japanese management technique of continuous improvement. The attendees were briefed about the concept and its emphasis on creativity and smart work. Over 200 students participated in the event, engaging in practical demonstrations illustrating how small, incremental changes could lead to substantial results over time.
