West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has given such a statement on Wednesday that has created a ruckus at the national level. Now, regarding this statement of Mamata, West Bengal BJP President Sukanta Majumdar has written a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah. Let us know what has been said in this letter.
There is a possibility of unrest in the entire state- Sukanto Majumdar
West Bengal BJP President Sukanto Majumdar has written a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah apprising him of the poor law and order situation in West Bengal. Majumdar said that CM Mamata Banerjee’s recent anti-national remarks, which have led to unrest across the state, are extremely worrying. This is not leadership, this is promoting violence. Sukanto Majumdar said that Mamata should immediately step down as CM for the safety and unity of our country.
CM Mamata accused of inciting people
In a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah, Sukanto Majumdar has said that while addressing the student wing of TMC, CM Mamata has provoked people. Mamata said that I have never taken revenge, but now do whatever you want to do. This is an open support to the politics of revenge. Majumdar has said that Mamata has made anti-national remarks that if Bengal burns, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Delhi will also burn. This is not the voice of a person sitting on a constitutional post but of an anti-national.
Appeal to Home Minister to initiate action
Sukanto Majumdar has said that Mamata’s statement is a clear attempt to intimidate people, incite violence and spread hatred among people. It undermines the safety of citizens and the integrity of the state. She no longer deserves to hold the post of CM. Sukanto Majumdar has appealed to Home Minister Amit Shah to take cognizance of this serious matter and initiate appropriate action to maintain the rule of law and maintain public order.
