Haircare and electronics business Dyson has launched its first ‘Dyson Demo’ store in Lucknow. Located in the city’s Lulu Mall, the outlet is designed to enable the British brand to connect with shoppers across Uttar Pradesh and demonstrate its products in person.

“At Dyson, we believe that getting hands-on with Dyson technology is the best way to experience it, and our Demo stores allow our potential owners to fully experience the benefits first-hand,” said Dyson India’s managing director Ankit Jain in a press release. “With the opening of our first Demo store in Lucknow, we are pleased to bring our innovative technology closer to our consumers. Our Demo Experts are ready to offer personalised guidance and support to enhance the shopping experience for our customers in the city.”
The store houses the full portfolio of Dyson’s products including its ‘Dyson AirstraitTM Straightener’ for hair. The product recently launched in the Indian market and has been designed to cater to all hair types and styling needs. Dyson’s in-store staff can guide shoppers through the straightener’s settings and advise them on how to get the most out of the product for their unique hair type and texture and style their hair for them.
The exclusive brand outlet also has a dedicated segment for Dyson’s wearable category which includes high-fidelity headphones, which are available for ‘try before you buy’. Other areas of the store house Dyson’s vacuum cleaners and other electronic goods.
