The Directorate of Youth Resources & Sports (DYRS), Nagaland today launched DYRS Nagaland App in the presence of Nagaland’s Youth Resources & Sports advisor S. Keoshu Yimkhiung.
The advisor was optimistic that the newly developed App will go a long way in facilitating better coordination among the officers and staffs and also enhance the performance of the department. Keoshu insisted all the officers and staff to mandatorily register with the App.
Anthony Ngullie, Secretary, Youth Resources & Sports, Nagaland, commended the director and staff of the Directorate of Youth Resources & Sports for coming up with the App for the interest and holistic growth of the department. Ngullie urged the department officers and staff to use the App and gain maximum benefit from it.
Kethosituo Sekhose, Director, Youth Resources & Sports maintained that the department has been progressing from strength to strength under the leadership of YRS advisor Keoshu Yimkhiung.
He was hopeful that the App will act as a giant heap for sporting ecosystem in the state.
About DYRS App
The App got three features. In attendance part, every officers and staff is required to use this App to register attendance at any point of time. This App is going to use your facial features as well, Sekhose said.
The second feature of the App will facilitate reporting of events where various activities within the department will be updated through text report and instant photographs. The third portion of the App will feature circulars and notifications from the government side which are required to be communicated to the district officers.
Sekhose informed that DYRS App has been already certified by Google Android system and further certified by Apple’s App store for safe security.
Meanwhile, App developer Er. Rishav Sethi was hopeful that every officer and staff will start using the App from 1st September onwards.
