DA Case: Joint Commissioner Of Excise Under Vigilance Scanner, House Searches At 10 Locations | Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance officials have launched simultaneous house searches at properties linked to Rama Chandra Mishra, Joint Commissioner of Excise, Bhubaneswar, on allegations of possessing disproportionate assets, on Monday.

The simultaneous house searches are being conducted by a team of 10 DSPs, 15 Inspectors, and other supporting staff of the Vigilance Department, based on search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar, at 10 different places in Bhubaneswar, Sonepur, Bolangir, and other locations across the state, including his office.

Currently, the searches are being held in the residence of Mishra, located at Dharma Vihar, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar.

The searches are still underway, and a further report is awaited.
