In a remarkable achievement, two city students — Rhishika Srivastava and Jinish Shah — secure scholarships and admission to and admissions at prestigious international institutes. 

Rhishika Srivastava from Ahmedabad has secured the prestigious Master Mind Scholarship from Belgium, a rare honour awarded to only 30 international students each year. This scholarship, which covers her tuition fees of 17,000 euros and provides an annual stipend of 10,000 euros, highlights her academic excellence and dedication.

Rhishika, a legal executive with an LLB degree obtained in 2022, prepared rigorously for her Master’s in LLM at the University of Antwerp. Her success in securing the scholarship is a testament to her hard work and the support of her manager, Jubin Mehta, and her college. The Master Mind Scholarship, funded by the Flemish Ministry of Education, aims to attract outstanding students worldwide to study in Flanders and Brussels. Despite the competitive selection process, Rishika’s academic achievements, including maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.5, helped her stand out.

Meanwhile, Jinish Shah has also made the city proud by securing admission for LLM at the University of Antwerp. His exceptional skills and knowledge led to a complete waiver of his course fees. Jinish is set to join Rhishika in Belgium, where they will both pursue their studies and subsequent internships in international law firms.

The success of these two individuals underscores the growing trend among Indian youth to seek higher education abroad, overcoming significant financial challenges. Their achievements are a beacon of inspiration for many aspiring students in India.
