Avikshit Moral has moved to S&R Associates as a retained partner in the firm’s Mumbai office, and associates Mahek Chheda, Preeti Dhar, Khushbu Goyal, Komal Pandey and Shaunak Deshpande will join him from IndusLaw.
Moral is formerly a real estate partner at IndusLaw and previously served as a partner at Juris Corp for nearly eight years. He advises real estate funds, financial institutions and developers on land acquisition, title diligence, property project development, as well as financing, leasing and contractual arrangements within the real estate sector.
He counsels clients on issues involving foreign investment and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Moral’s expertise encompasses various real estate asset classes, including but not restricted to offices, hotels, integrated townships and prime residential properties.
