Styrenix Performance Materials Limited has awarded an engineering consultancy contract for brownfield expansion of new HIPS Line at Dahej to increase overall Polystyrene capacity to 150 KT per annum to Toyo Engineering India Private Limited.
DCM Nouvelle Specialty Chemicals creates chemical consultancy division
The Board of Directors of DCM Nouvelle Limited’s subsidiary, DCM Nouvelle Specialty Chemicals Limited (DCMSCL) has approved for creating a new separate division of DCMSCL in chemical consulting in the name and style of “DCM Nouvelle Consulting”. The division will provide consultancy in the field of Chemical Industry in the name and style of DCM Nouvelle Consulting. It will also create an additional profit centre of the subsidiary of the company in order to utilize the talent pool.
Goa Carbon shuts down its Goa unit for maintenance
Goa Carbon Ltd. has informed that the operations at the company’s Goa Unit located at St. Jose de Areal, Salcete-Goa has been temporarily shut down for maintenance work from today, 29th July 2024.
Astral shifts its adhesive manufacturing plant in Unnao
The company has shifted the operation of its Adhesive manufacturing Plant situated at Unnao, District Unnao (Uttar Pradesh) by moving the Unnao plant manufacturing facilities in nearby Adhesive plant at Rania (Kanpur Dehat) and our new Plant situated at Dahej (Gujarat).
Unnao plant is the oldest plant of the company and this property was on lease. Plant was established in small area i.e. around 15,000 square meter, therefore, the company decided to shift the Unnao plant manufacturing facilities.
