CM Yogi Adityanath, who reached Chandauli on the occasion of Baba Keenaram’s 425th birth anniversary celebrations, made a big statement. CM Yogi said, saints and yogis are not slaves of power. They always work for the upliftment of the nation and society. In his brief address of about 12 minutes, CM Yogi said that saints and yogis never run after power, rather the common people follow their footsteps and work for the benefit of the country and society. Referring to the great saint Baba Keenaram, CM Yogi said, Baba Keenaram used the siddhi he got from his sadhana for the welfare of the country and the people.

Baba Keenaram was born as a divine personality and worked for social harmony throughout his life. He ended the social curse of untouchability and made the Dalits his disciples. He has made a significant contribution in establishing a civilized society by removing the evils prevalent in the society. Yogi said, Baba scolded the Mughal invaders who were creating obstacles in the society as well as nation building and chased them out of the country. Keenaram established the Krikund in Kashi by combining all the methods of meditation. Before this, the Chief Minister along with Aghoracharya Baba Peethadheeswar Siddharth Gautam Ram did the darshan and puja of Baba Keenaram.

In Varanasi, CM Yogi attacked SP and Congress

Earlier, CM Yogi reached the closing session of the State Working Committee and Membership Campaign Training Workshop of BJYM in the auditorium of Deendayal Hastkala Sankul located at Bada Lalpur in Varanasi. Addressing the workshop, CM Yogi said, we are all working for a nationalist mission. Power is a means of nation building and public construction for us. Yogi Adityanath warned that we will face many big challenges in the coming days. They will have to be faced together. Those who tore apart the social fabric have again come in a position to commit crime by wearing masks.

The change in UP is felt

While discussing his seven-year tenure, the Chief Minister said that earlier UP was facing an identity crisis. Today’s youth must be seeing the changes in UP seven years ago and now. There was anarchy in UP then. Daughters were not safe, the condition of businessmen was bad. No one wanted to invest. There was discrimination in everything from roads to electricity. In these seven years, the country and the state have seen a new Uttar Pradesh. UP is gaining respect. The Chief Minister also said that remember when we came in 2017. Then UP was number one in population and number 7 in the country in terms of economy. Now we have reached number two. He assured that UP will become the state with the number one economy in the country.

There is no discrimination in recruitment

Yogi claimed that we have given jobs to six and a half lakh youth. The recruitment exam for 60 thousand policemen has just been completed. In the next two years, we are going to recruit one lakh people in UP Police. Two lakh government posts are going to be filled. There will be no discrimination in this. We will work with a zero tolerance policy.
