Through the untapped potential of the 3DEXPERIENCE SaaS (Software-as-a-service) platform and Virtual Twin technology, the experts came together to celebrate hand-in-hand achievements in terms of technology and what can be targeted next with all the key resources in hand.

The welcome speech by Deepak NG, Managing Director of Dassault Systemes, lit the event by systematically addressing the countless possibilities of technology and leveraging the power of virtual twin technology. He also elaborated on how technology, software, and SaaS, can be served well on the cloud for well-established companies to startups of various industries.
Deepak N said, “Today’s generation is looking forward to sustainability, and our industries are serving this in their best way, supported by effective government policies highlighting the importance of sustainability. I am sure all will agree that sustainability is our future”.
He adds, “At Dassault Systemes, we have been continuously investing in research and development to provide robust products for companies. We are strategizing how to leverage the data available in the cloud to analyze various aspects of business by replacing conventional methods with revolutionized methods to discover more and more applications and techniques that are leveraged to serve the product to our consumers as soon as possible”.
The event was engrossed by OEMs, startups, and academicians who shared their perspectives about their inventions and experiences with clear-cut information on how the technology is used across various industries, added with more and more productive learning, meaningful interactions, and valuable feedback.
The Summits Focal Point – Priyank Mallikarjun Kharge
Mr Kharge is a great visionary who is the driving force behind digital transformation in Karnataka. He has been the backbone for the research technology development and innovation across Karnataka.
Deepak N, Managing Director of Dassault Systemes, said, “I will sincerely admit that, in 2015, the concept of virtual technology was very recent. Mr Kharge said you need to create a workforce around that to experiment with this technology and create more awareness around this. Today, it is successfully enriched across India, especially in Bangalore. This shows the knowledge on what IT can transform Karnataka and India”.
Priyank Mallikarjun Kharge proudly declared that the 3D experience cloud summit is just a progressive beginning for more such summits to happen in the future. Bangalore is the most resourceful city and IT hub in India. Thus, he reassured no invention should go out of Bangalore. If it has anything to do with technology, it has to happen in Bangalore.
Priyank Mallikarjun Kharge, Minister for Electronics, IT/BT, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Govt of Karnataka, shared, “A few years back, I saw the high-end software used in life sciences, wherein even before I touched the patient, I ably performed virtual surgery on his heart and saw what complications might arise. It was about eight or ten years back. And today, I’m sure we have grown decently through our fast innovators, the startups who are grooving innovation at large scale and speed”.
“To be precise, what we saw back then is now more affordable and real. And that will go a long way in not only planning cities but, also saving lives. So, I think that is something Dassault Systemes should do here in India”, adds Mr Kharge.
The summit was a realm of possibilities where various experts from different industries gathered to discuss and explore innovative digital transformation solutions, to get aware of unique success stories, and to evaluate the best productive and sustainable practices of the virtual twin. The summit sparkled with show & tell sessions like a dialogue display playground set up by Jane Jenkins, Vice President of Global Consumers Online Experience, and Tanuj Mittal, Senior Sales Director, Customer Process Experience of Dassault Systemes. Additionally, a Fastrack Quiz was conducted by the Dassault Systemes team, along with Panel Discussions between Dassault Systemes Experts and Industry Experts.
