New Delhi: Actress Sonakshi Sinha’s lavish Mumbai apartment, where she got married to her husband Zaheer Iqbal, has been put up for sale for Rs 25 crore. After a video of the apartment was shared by a real estate Instagram handle, netizens were quick to notice similarities to Sonakshi’s home. The actress had previously given a tour of her house to Architectural Digest India and her fans could immediately spot that the house on sale was of the Kakuda actress.

In the video shared by The Property Store, the host takes the audience through the 2 BHK of 4200 square foot carpet area in Bandra West, with a sea view. It was a 4BHK which was converted into a spacious 2BHK with decks and is fully furnished. It comes with multiple modern amenities and is fully furnished. The post also mentioned that the apartment has a private elevator and has interiors worth Rs 5 crore. The video ends with a quoted price, which is Rs 25 crore.

The agreement was signed by her mother Poonam Sinha and showed the apartment has a carpet area of 4,210.87 sq ft and cost her Rs 11 crore. The sea-facing home also offers views of Mahim Bay and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
