A Congress leader died while he was addressing a press conference at the Press Club in Karnataka’s capital Bengaluru. The name of the deceased leader is CK Ravichandran. He was a member of the Karnataka State Backward Classes and Minorities Association. He was addressing a press conference at the Bengaluru Press Club protesting against Karnataka Governor Thawarchand Gehlot’s permission to prosecute Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has also posted on ‘X’ regarding the incident.

He wrote, “While holding a press conference at the Bangalore Press Club on behalf of the Karnataka State Backward Classes and Minorities Association against the prosecution order by the Governor, CK Ravichandran, a member of the association and a worker of our party, has died of a heart attack.”
